Natural SPFThere are plenty of recipes to make your own sunscreen. A quick Google search can help, but usually you take about 1/2c almond or olive oil, 1/4c coconut oil, 1/4c beeswax for thickening and 2Tbs Zinc oxide (use a Non-Nano Powder specifically for skin formulations.) Add a few tsp of your favorite oil below, and voila!

Our office is moving!

After much anticipation, our office will be seeing patients in our new location beginning Monday, April 7th! We’ve completed the buildout and will be adding new classes in the coming weeks.
